What documents are needed for employment?
You will need a category C+E driving licence, a tachograph chip card, Code 95, and a valid work visa or residence card (Karta Pobytu). We help with arranging the necessary documents.
Is European work experience required?
No, we welcome drivers even without European work experience. We provide training and support at the start.
What is the work schedule (rotation)?
We offer flexible rotation systems: 4/1, 5/1, 6/2 or 8/4. Other options are discussed individually.
What is the salary and when is it paid?
A daily rate of 450 PLN + bonuses for experience and fuel-efficient driving. Payment on the 10th of every month with no delays.
What vehicles will I be driving?
Our fleet consists of Mercedes, DAF, MAN, Scania and Volvo trucks from 2021โ2026, paired with Jumbo tandem trailers.
Do I need to know Polish or other foreign languages?
No, knowledge of foreign languages is not mandatory. Our team includes English- and Russian-speaking dispatchers and managers โ support 24/7.

Responsibilities
- Transporting cargo across Europe (routes averaging ~550 km): Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Poland and the Benelux countries
- Driving Mercedes, DAF, MAN, Scania and Volvo trucks (2021โ2026) with Jumbo tandem trailers
- Complying with tachograph rules and Mobility Package requirements
- Completing transport documents (CMR, waybills)
- Liaising with the English- and Russian-speaking dispatch service
- Checking the technical condition of the truck before departure and after the trip
- Following routes and dispatcher instructions
Working conditions
- Pay of 450 PLN per day + bonuses for experience and fuel-efficient driving (paid on the 10th)
